I found Clinton’s work soon after his presence on Facebook began. I immediately was impressed by the image of the gasmask that you see above. It’s striking. It’s also detailed and stark, and creepy – we have a winner! His ability to illustrate is evidenced in that piece, but Clinton can also create a simple, clean, and symmetrical design aesthetic, which lends itself well to logos, posters and more.  I am very impressed when I find artists who are able to create in totally different modes or vibes, to the point where you’re not necessarily sure if it’s theirs or not. It’s that kind of versatility that makes me think you’ll be hearing from him more in the future.

Clinton is from Seattle, then went to Boise State University for school, where he obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design and a Minor in Visual Arts. He was also gracious enough to create the poster for the next IPaintMyMind co-sponsored event, which you can see below…more info on that next week.
