Lucas Beaufort

Lucas Beaufort is a perfect example of what we’d like to see more of… those of you who enjoy IPaintMyMind submitting work you’re into or even your own work itself. LB hit us up via our CONTACT PAGE, we checked out his site, and here we are, posting about his incredible art.

He uses plenty of color and creates environments of style that feel like plays. The simple, yet full feel of his scenes yield a larger piece which actually takes a few scans to place.  The content is one thing when viewed as a whole, but becomes another as you pay attention to the various portions of the whole.  In this case (above), Lucas presents a direct yet detailed painting.  His style is playful in palette and precision, yet is rugged and accesible, and we’re glad he reached out.
