Lucy McLauchlan

Lucy’s work is emblematic of the stuff we tend to enjoy – it’s dark, detailed, feels anthropological, and exudes intensity.  Lucy is a British artist who’s a member of the Beat 13 Collective, and we really wish she would paint something on a public space in our neighborhood. We’ve admired her work for a while, stumbled across a piece of ehrs recently, and had to share.  Lucy has established herself with an iconic aesthetic that reminds us of another incredible contemporary artist, (Mr. Baglione) who’s black and white flowing mural pieces seem to share a similar psychic space.  The bottom line is… the works shown here only scratch the surface… in fact,we should contact Lucy about an interview… we’ll get back to ya.
