When I first saw this piece by Morgan Blair, I was had. I mean, c’mon, where is Dudes’ head? For me, this piece is exactly what makes art fun – aesthetics. What it “means” is anybody’s guess, all I know is, 1970 reminds me of a sort of dissolution that is very appealing.

Thanks to Morgan for making life more colorful. I have been annoying her for a few months about getting a print of 1970, she tells me her online store should be rockin sometime soon. Until then, she was just featured in MOOSE Magazine (Holland) with a slew of other artists (pictured above).
