IPaintMyMind’s New Artist Liaison

We’ve been in touch with DJ Limbs for a while now, and just like every other meaningful relationship IPMM has cemented, it felt right from the beginning. Good people tend to find each other, if only through vibration. In this case, Limbs and IPMM have similar sensibilities, which has made our work together all the more enjoyable, and effortless.

DJ Limbs aka Victor Carreon, isn’t resting on his laurels. He recently put out a 7″ vinyl that IPMM spotlighted, and if you don’t have that yet, you’re sleepin’. Limbs stays busy, playing local Chicago venues, collaborating with other great nonprofits via his fundraiser series, Music Is The Weapon, and now, adds IPMM Artist Liaison to his list of activities. Limbs is now a limb of IPaintMyMind, officially.

“What’s up IPMM Fam… I’ve been following IPaintMyMind since I did their 2009 New Years Eve party and have always been impressed with the range and quality of artists Evan features. Now with their new web design and music features, I’m excited to contribute as an artist liaison and connect Evan with musicians, DJs and producers in Chicago and beyond, to showcase their work. I’m a DJ/producer currently based in Chicago, Illinois. I like to keep my sets varied but my current favorite genres are hiphop, funk, soul, house, post-punk and some indie dance stuff. My IPMM DJ set shows a bit of my dusty tastes and I’ve got more mixes at my Soundcloud:
