With 2010 winding down, we’ve been providing links to our DJ Series thus far. We hope you’ve enjoyed it. To close out the DJ Series for the year, we turned to someone who’s supported IPMM since the beginning, and whose talents have proven to be dynamic.  Sonny Kay has laid down a landscape that fits IPMM, and attacks with a surplus of psychedelic dubs that we’re thrilled to have invade our ear drums. There’s flow to this episode – peaks and valleys that lend themselves to a variety of emotional landscapes. Check it out, download it – for FREE, as always. “IPMM being an art-related site and all, I thought this mixtape should reflect what got me here in the first place. To that end, I’ve chosen to include some of what gets me in the right headspace when I’m working: hypnotic beats, electronic landscapes, vocal transmissions from the ether… A handful of favorites.
