No Kind Of Rider is a band that is surely gonna make their dreams come true. With a sound self-described as “moody music that makes your booty drop”, these group of dedicated musicians are building a solid following through a great live show and a tireless work ethic. Recently the band was able to successfully complete their Kickstarter Project to help fund the recording of their new EP, “Away Colors.” Their experimental-garage sound is authentic and bold, and is well-executed. With hauntingly opaque vocals, and instrumentation that emphasizes the weighty feelings conveyed by the songs overall temperament and hue, NKOR possess the vision of veterans and the ambition of a band ready to bust out. They’re on Octopus Entertainment, are touring the West Coast right now, and you should toss them a few bucks for their recordings.
