July 28th and 29th bough the inaugural Catalpa Festival to New York’s, Randall’s Island. The second festival to hit the grounds in a month, Catalpa featured sets from Zola Jesus, Cold War Kids, T.V. on the Radio and many others. It will also go down as the last show Snoop Dogg played before announcing the change to his new moniker, Snoop Lion.
