The other day I watched the documentary by James Marsh, entitled Man On Wire. The film chronicles Philippe Petit‘s attempt to walk a tightrope between the top of the Twin Towers in New York City. This happened in 1974, and seems even more amazing considering these buildings’ fate. I love Petit’s way of looking at the world, with wonder and excitement, and insane creativity; constantly synthesizing life through metaphor and gut. This movie has been highly regarded since it’s appearance at Sundance Film Festival. I highly recommend you check it out on NETFLIX, via your XBox or Roku player.
