How does your art rental business work?
We provide a proposal based on your space with 3 options, ensuring you have choices of how much art and where it goes. Once your plan and budget are approved, we curate art options for you to choose from, then we install the art for you!
What are your art rental rates?
Pricing begins at $750 per month with discounts on 2-year agreements. See our Pricing section in the middle of our art rentals page.
What companies or brands have you worked with for office art rentals?
Linkedln, adidas, Pepsi, BMO Harris, Capital One, Discover Financial Services and more.
How often is the art rotated?
Whenever you want! We recommend 6 or 12 month art rotation periods but retail and residential sometimes prefer 3. An extra fee applies for rotated art.
What kind of art do you have available?
Our collection and relationships with professional artists means we can curate for any client, in a variety of mediums, etc. Abstract, figurative, colorful, design-oriented – we can curate it all.
How soon can you install art in our office?
We typically can install within 30 days of making your art selection. Rush fees apply to installs within that time frame.
How do we review our options as far as art for lease?
Once we determine an approved budget, we curate options that we provide in your own custom proposal via PDF, for you to review & select.
Can we select local artists when we rent art online?
For sure! But we also curate from artists across the nation, making it easy for us to select options that will fit your brand personality, profile, and approach.
How long does an art for office walls installation takes?
It depends on the number of pieces, but typically under 2 hrs.
Do you install the art yourselves or is it a 3rd party?
In most cases we install ourselves but we also work with 3rd party installers when logistics require it.
What about liability for the art while in our space?
IPMM assumes full responsibility for the art in transit and during delivery. While in your care, you are responsible for it but we very rarely have issues with this.
Do you put up information about the art lease?
Yes! We provide a small framed piece that explains how the art on your walls is helping IPMM provide art programs for schools. We also include a QR to content about the art or IPMM, and our mission, bringing the art to life.
Do you offer discounts of any kind?
24 month agreements include a discount on the 12 month pricing and if paid in full, we offer another 3% discount.
