NOT (JUST) DEAD WHITE GUYS: THE COLORING BOOK

We’re so thrilled to announce Not (Just) Dead White Guys, a project to establish a new art canon for teachers, students, and art lovers alike!

Through a collaboration with Kat Sampson, we’ve developed a series of 24 full color portraits, representing 24 iconic, influential, and under-appreciated artists throughout history. They span history, the continents, mediums, and styles. Twelve of the artists are contemporary and working today, paired with twelve other important artists who have died.

IPMM Founder Evan La Ruffa and Chicago artist Kat Sampson felt the need to bring attention to a new set of artists, both living and not, who could give young budding artists more inroads for understanding their role in our creative future.
