IPaintMyMind Welcomes 14 New Schools to Art Engagement Program for 20/21

Thank you so much for your interest and application to be part of the 20/21 Shared Walls Program by IPaintMyMind, our incredible art engagement program.

We are so happy to inform our community that the following schools have been ACCEPTED for the 20/21 school year, beginning in September 2020!! Wooooohooooooooooo!!!!!!! :)

Each school will receive ONE FREE YEAR of arts programming on behalf of IPaintMyMind, and we cannot wait to see how our ‘Experience, Reflect, Make’ framework for arts engagement catapults your classrooms and students!

The Shared Walls by IPaintMyMind Cohort of 1st Year Chicago Public Schools for 20/21 includes:

Kilmer Elementary

Von Steuben High School

Hibbard Elementary School

McAuliffe Elementary School

John Marshall High School

Spencer Elementary Technology Academy

Al Raby High School

Beasley Academic Center

Doolittle Elementary School

William H. Seward Communication Arts Academy Elementary School

Shoesmith Elementary School

Hirsch Metropolitan High School

Beethoven Elementary School

Gallistel Language Academy

To recap, these schools will receive the following for FREE in 20/21:

• a 12-20 piece Framed Art Gallery installed in your school
• a 20+ page Art Guide facilitating custom engagement (also available in Spanish!)
• Ongoing Engagement Emails all year long
• An Artist Workshop or Curator Talk
• Bonus Events and Opportunities

In addition to this group of first year schools, we’ll also be welcoming back at least 11 returning schools too!

We’re so thrilled to be working with a new batch of partner schools in 20/21 and to be continuing our work with so many returning partners!
