We’re hiring! The Impact Builder manages and executes external relationships, communications and lead generation for IPaintMyMind’s contributed revenue strategies, namely Sponsor A School. This position helps lead the brand storytelling and corporate charitable giving relationships development and management, and is responsible for developing and disseminating narratives that build credibility, relevance and drive revenue.
The Impact Builder will help develop IPMM’s story focus on THE POWER OF ART and socialize passionately around that ethos, to gain support, funding, and volunteering agreements with Chicago’s most creative and exciting corporations, as well as nationally in key secondary markets, and advises executives on communications strategy, and supports functional areas of IPMM.
You’re a great communicator and you know a lot of folks because you’re genuine, authentic, and fun to be around. You believe in the power of art because you’ve felt it in your life and you will run through a brick wall to make sure every kid and community has the same access. You believe in a better creative future where organizations like IPMM build new solutions, and you realize we’re not the type of outfit you come to and try to work in the same role for 10 years. Nuh uh.
You like to grow, move, connect, and learn. You take initiative and ask the extras questions. You know that our spirit of collaboration means we’ll have your back and you’ll have ours.
You believe in the universality of the human experience and equality for all humans. Full stop.
And most of all, you really want to work for an organization you believe in, where your talents are supported and nurtured, and you go to bed thinking about the next exciting challenge you’ll solve tomorrow.
