As part of our busy month of August, we were able to install Shared Walls™ loaned art exhibitions in two schools in a single day multiple times! One of those days included Jahn Elementary and Northwest Middle School, featuring art prints by Dan Grzeca and Jay Ryan, respectively.
The IPaintMyMind Collection now contains over 600 pieces of art which have been loaned to businesses and community spaces for 2+ years. We’re working hard to put these loaned art exhibitions in every Chicago neighborhood by the end of 2016, before widening our scope.
Many thanks to Principal Michael Herring and Art Teacher Catalina Bellizzi at Jahn Elementary, as well as Principal Margaret Byrne and Art Teacher Ross Roadruck at Northwest Middle School for making it such a seamless collaboration!
